With the new DYNO®-MILL  RESEARCH LAB, WAB has succeeded in developing a small agitator bead mill that permits:

  • Products of low to high viscosity to be ground reproducibly and made into ultrafine dispersions in the micrometre to nanometre range
  • Small product batches of > 100 ml to be processed in a continuous passage and circulation operation
  • Products to be processed metal-free using the engineered ceramics design made of zirconium oxide/silicon carbide
  • The entire closed grinding unit to be disassembled, cleaned and even sterilised separately and rapidly
  • Thanks to the unique and patented DYNO® accelerator, best product quality with the narrowest possible particle size distribution
  • Very easy handling
  • The mill to be operated easily by means of a sophisticated control system - gathering and monitoring of operational data with a modern process control system (WAB CONTROL / WAB VIEW)
  • A low-noise operation in the laboratory with < 65 dB(A) thanks to a water-cooled motor

Top quality thanks to the use of high-grade materials

Maximum quality requirements (metal-free grinding/dispersion), high wear resistance and long service life mean that only the best materials are used in the DYNO®-MILL RESEARCH LAB. Hardened chrome alloy or engineered ceramics/zirconium oxide and silicon carbide are available for wearing parts wetted by the product.
